Goals and objectives of educational work
The goal of education is to form a versatile, harmonious
The education and training of highly qualified and versatile specialists and workers, who are highly moral and have a civic attitude.
The goal is achieved by solving the following tasks:
- formation of professional qualities of the personality;
- To promote the formation of a patriot and citizen, able to live in a new democratic society; to form a political, legal and anti-corruption culture of personality; to increase the legal awareness of children and youth, their willingness to resist manifestations of cruelty and violence in children and youth environment.
- Formation of social responsibility, which manifests itself in concern for the well-being of their country, college, and the people around them;
- Moral education, the result of which is the assimilation of norms of universal morality, culture of communication;
- Familiarizing students with the system of cultural values that reflect the richness of universal culture and the culture of their Fatherland;
- Fostering a positive attitude to work, development of the need for creative work;
- observance of the norms of collective life, based on respect for the law and for the rights of others;
- Create a space for effective formation of healthy lifestyle skills, preservation of physical and psychological health, and the ability to identify factors that are detrimental to health.
Technology organization of educational work In the process of educational work in the college the following methods and forms of joint activities of teachers and students are used:
- methods for shaping students' professional consciousness and interest in their chosen specialty (training sessions, curatorial hours, excursions, discussions with specialists, round tables, professional holidays, etc.);
- methods of patriotic education and the formation of civic position (training sessions, curatorial hours, holidays and meetings, excursions to museums, etc.);
- methods of moral education, education of culture of behavior and communication, the formation of a healthy lifestyle (training sessions, talks, actions, curatorial hours, debates, discussions, etc.);
- methods of including students in a variety of collective creative activities that contribute to the formation of independence and initiative (college-wide holidays, subject weeks, classes in clubs, amateur art, etc.);
- methods of joint activities of teachers and students in educational work, accepting forms of cooperation, co-participation (training sessions, exhibitions of creative works, conferences, presentations, actions, etc.);
- methods of interaction between teachers, students and parents in the educational process (parent meetings, individual consultations, last call festivities, open days, etc.).
Professional and personal qualities acquired by students in the process of education in college
The result of the entire educational and training process in college is the upbringing of a highly professional, highly moral,
of a socially active person.
This general characteristic of personality is concretized in the following qualities of the student graduating from college:
- has civic maturity and high morals;
- understands the essence and social significance of his profession;
- constantly works on enriching his own spiritual values, has an interest in self-improvement and development of his abilities;
- has the conviction that work is an integral part of a person's life, and is ready to work diligently in his or her chosen profession;
- Is aware of health as a value, has the knowledge and skills to protect their own health and physical self-improvement.

1.Kazakhstan patriotism and civic education, legal education.
The main area of educational work is civic-patriotic education, which provides for the formation of each student
Kazakhstan patriotism, respect for the Law, State symbols and national traditions.
Goal: the formation of a patriot and citizen, able to live in a new democratic society; political, legal and anti-corruption culture of the individual, the legal awareness of children and youth, their readiness to resist manifestations of violence and abuse in children and youth.
2. Spiritual and moral education.
Purpose: the formation and adjustment of spiritual, moral and ethical principles of personality, its moral qualities and attitudes consistent with universal values, norms and traditions of life of Kazakh society, proper behavior skills, culture of communication, development of creative activity of students, intellectual potential of students.
3. national education.
Goal: orientation of the personality to universal and national values, respect for native and state languages, culture of the Kazakh people, ethnicities and ethnic groups of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Family Education.
Goal: to educate parents, increase their psychological and pedagogical competence and responsibility for their children's upbringing.
5. Labor, economic and environmental education.
Goal: the formation of a conscious attitude to professional self-determination, the development of economic thinking and environmental culture of the individual.
6. Intellectual education, education of information culture.
Goal: to form a motivational space that ensures the development of each individual's intellectual capabilities, leadership qualities and giftedness, as well as information culture.
7. Multicultural and artistic-aesthetic education.
Goal: the formation of general cultural skills of behavior, the development of personal readiness to perceive, master, evaluate aesthetic objects in art and reality, creation of multicultural environment in educational organizations.
8. Physical Education, Healthy Lifestyle.
Goal: to create a space for the successful formation of skills for healthy lifestyles, preservation of physical and psychological health, the ability to identify factors that are detrimental to health.
