Performs the following duties:

Accounting of the college in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Accounting and Financial Reporting" dated 28.02.2007 No. 234-III.

Organizational and executive function:

• Ensuring the accuracy of the preparation of financial, tax, and statistical reports, and providing them to the relevant authorities within the established time frame;
• Providing accounting and analysis of the implementation of the Development Plan for the period 2018-2022;
• Full accounting of cash receipts, inventory items and fixed assets, as well as timely accounting of transactions related to their movement;
• Control over the expenditure of the wage fund, the organization and correctness of calculations on the remuneration of employees, the conduct of inventories, the order of accounting;
• Ensuring the correct calculation and timely transfer of taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget.
