Duties of the deputy director for educational work:

1. Organization of development and transfer of the main directions of educational work of the Higher engineering - technological college aimed at the spiritual and moral formation of student youth;
2. Directing the planning and organization of educational activities of the college , group curator in structural divisions and ensuring their interaction aimed at the continuity of educational activities;
3. Development and approval of the plan of educational work, including the legal, methodological, organizational and economic basis of education in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
4. analyze and evaluate the current state of socio - political, socio-political and personnel support of educational, socio-political activities, make proposals for their updating;
5. promote the expansion and improvement of monitoring and analysis of students ' extracurricular achievements, the quality of activities of curators of academic groups;
6. Preparation of materials on expulsion for violation of internal regulations, motivation of activists in the composition of students, etc. ;
7. ensure control over the implementation of orders and decisions of the pedagogical Council and the Directorate on issues of educational activities;
8. control over compliance with the Charter, internal regulations of the college, norms of labor protection and safety, performance and labor discipline-structural divisions that ensure educational activities;
9. ensure the formation of a positive moral and psychological state in the team and a relationship based on mutual respect between employees and students on the declaration of Human Rights;
10. prepare and submit planning and reporting documentation on the activities of the college to higher education organizations;
11. control over the religious situation;
12. monitoring the condition of the hostel
