«SERPIN-2050» The youth of the country - into the industry !!!
The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev in the program "Social modernization of Kazakhstan: twenty steps to the Society of Universal Labor" at the global level of the country during the crisis showed the tasks of socio-economic modernization, instead of the concept of a consumer society, he proposed the idea of the last century of the 60s as an alternative Society of Universal Labor. And it was also said: "We create jobs, build new production. Therefore, we must go where there is work."
The social project "Serpin-2050" is one of the projects in the strategy of the Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev "Kazakhstan-2050" aimed at implementing the priorities. In accordance with the strategy, the issue of training qualified specialists to enter the top 30 developed countries will be relevant. In this regard, the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan adopted a resolution on youth issues, the social project "Mangilik el zhastary-industry!" Was presented. This project is called "Serpin-2050", and this social project has been working within the of Mangilik Yel's idea since 2014.
The goal of the project "Serpin-2050: The country's youth - into the industry" is to create favorable conditions for the development of the economy of the Southern region (Almaty, Zhambyl, Southern Kazakhstan, Kyzylorda region) of the republic, where there is a great advantage of labor resources, in the Western and Northern regions with great demand for labor resources of youth, creation of opportunities for subsequent employment in the field. Serpin-2050 is a project of the future. This will allow thousands of young people in the Southern region to receive quality education in colleges and universities in Northern, Western, Eastern Kazakhstan. Students who have received educational grants under the project are provided with a hostel and employment is provided after graduation.
Since 2014, under the "Serpin - 2050" project, the Higher Engineering and Technological College began to accept documents in the specialties of «Veterinary», «Fisheries», «Power Supply», «Computing Equipment and Software» as an implementing educational institution of TIPO. For this project in 2014-2015. 45 grants were awarded, 2015-2016 - 100, 2016-2017 - 75, 2017-2018 - 25, 2018-2019 - 25, 2019-2020 25 grants were awarded.
