Development of social partnership
In the Higher College of Engineering and Technology, social partnership with enterprises is carried out in the following areas:
- Involvement of specialists in the production process and the introduction of a system of dual training in the workplace;
- opening branches of specialties in production;
- organization of professional practice in production;
- Improving the quality of professional training of teachers at enterprises;
- development and coordination of the content of curricula and programs;
- employment of graduates.
In order to bring the modern qualification requirements for specialists in the labor market, to train personnel for the needs of employers, the possibility of internships for teachers in enterprises and organizations is provided. Every year, teachers of the college combine theoretical knowledge with practice in LLP "UralTechService", JSC "NCSC", JSC "Zhelayev NPC", JSC "Uralskneftegazgeologiya", JSC "KazTransOil", JSC "Uralskagroremmash", LLP "Kazakhstan Metrology Center" and many others. undergo an internship.
The administration of the college regularly works to expand the base of practice, the formation of a system of social partnership. To date, there are 58 internship contracts with companies, in addition, 10 contracts for dual training, 3 contracts for the opening of branches of specialties in the industry. Each specialty has a base of 3-8 internships.
With the consent of social partners, practical classes are organized at the college during internships, in the workplace. The principle of "from theory to practice" works well here. The student works with production conditions, complex theoretical tasks are well mastered through practice.
Work is underway to open branches of specialties in the industry. During the implementation of the elements of the dual system, branches of the Department of Oil and Gas and Standardization and Ecology and Biotechnology of the College were opened on the basis of JSC "Uralskneftegazgeologiya" and "Kazakhstan Veterinary Research Station". This has strengthened the theoretical knowledge of students in the transition from one type of practice to another in industrial training, expanding their ability to apply them in solving specific production problems.
The use of such forms of lessons in the learning process, in particular, affects the quality of theoretical training and raises the level of professional training of students in accordance with the requirements of modern production in general.
In order to train highly qualified specialists, the college involves specialists from institutions in the educational process. The main criterion for attracting specialists from production is the integration of the educational process into production activities.
For the implementation of educational programs, the college invites specialists from industry, university teachers to conduct theoretical and practical classes, thus combining theory and practice, facilitating the rapid adaptation of college graduates to the professional environment.
All invited specialists have higher professional education, work experience, as well as academic degrees.
