Tasks: Training of competitive, highly qualified, highly qualified specialists in the specialties of the department in modern society.

Tasks: Carrying out educational, scientific, educational, industrial work on training specialists in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education" and the state program "Education" in accordance with the standards of the SES and standard work programs for specialties.

While the college worked on the methodological theme "Training of qualified specialists with the help of innovative technologies - the basis of a competitive society", our department worked on the methodological theme "Formation of professional competence of students with the help of innovative teaching methods".

The documents for the academic year are prepared in accordance with the nomenclature of cases, educational and methodological documents in accordance with the State Budget of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The educational and methodological work of the department is organized in accordance with the regulations governing the activities of institutions of technical and vocational education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Department of Economics and Service employs teachers who are actively engaged in scientific and methodological work, have a professional interest in learning, and strive to improve their skills. The department consists of 21 teachers, whose qualifications correspond to the profile of the specialty and the disciplines taught. A total of 20 teachers of 6 highest category, 4 teachers of the first category, 1 teacher of the second category, 5 teachers with a master's degree and 5 teachers without a category, the category of the department is 75 %.

In the 2020-2021 academic year, 363 full-time students are studying at the Faculty of Economics and Service.

The material and technical base of the college, which is important for the development of highly qualified students with deep knowledge, is also equipped in accordance with modern requirements.
