Organization of professional practice

The organization and conduct of professional practices of students of the Higher he Higher Engineering-Technological College are carried out in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", "On Labor in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "On Social Partnership in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the state mandatory standard of secondary vocational education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

         Professional practice in accordance with the professions of students takes place in special enterprises and institutions. The duration of professional practice in the specialty is set by the curriculum.

In order to expand the need for specialists in institutions of secondary specialized vocational education, to increase the requirements for the quality of their training, to increase the results of educational activities in the system of consumers in the labor market, the college should interact with social partners. This will allow at the end of the training of specialists to meet the requirements of the economy and the employer and ensure the connection of students with production.

The main focus here is Industrial practice, as it is based on the consolidation of theoretical knowledge, practical demonstration of the knowledge gained during training, as well as the development of best practices in the specialty being studied. On its basis, as a student, uses the acquired knowledge in production.

All types of practices that take place in production, in institutions, educational-practical and basic farms are carried out on the basis of a bilateral agreement. To date, a contract has been signed, our students are interning in the institutions listed below.

            In addition, training tours of production sites are organized «KazakhAutoDor», «ZKO Rack» АО, Chinarevskoye field, ИП «Ural Kaspii», ТОО «UralTechService», АО «ZapKazRack».

В целях трудоустройства выпускников в колледже предусмотрена система стажировки учащихся.

По соглашению сторон обучающийся может пройти практику по специальности в соответствии с договором до окончания обучения на старших курсах. При прохождении практики учащемуся предоставляется возможность свободно посещать занятия по индивидуальному графику.

Кроме того, одной из форм партнерства является привлечение к обучению социальных партнеров профессиональных специалистов, имеющих жизненный и производственный опыт ТОО «Уралнефтегаз», ТОО «Пассажир Авто», ТОО «Урал Тех Сервис» , АО «ЗКО РЭК», АО «Степной Леопард» и т.д. предусмотрены приглашения для участия в итоговой государственной аттестации.

Итоги работы Государственной аттестационной комиссии по всем направлениям подготовки в колледже свидетельствуют о высоком качестве подготовки специалистов.

Актуальность темы профессиональной работы, практическая значимость дипломной работы видно в том, что требования к подготовке специалистов по отчетам председателя Государственной аттестационной комиссии соответствуют государственному образовательному стандарту.
