The Youth Affairs Committee is a structural unit of the college that organizes public, socio-cultural events and conducts close work with students. Implements and defines the meaning of youth policy in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Youth Policy". Social and educational work at the college is carried out directly under the supervision of the Committee. Educates students with the national idea of "Mangilik El", commitment to the cultural traditions of the Kazakh people, the formation of moral, deep spiritual wealth, civic image.

Creates favorable conditions for the student for self-development as a person, as well as for the development of high professional qualifications in social activities as a nationalist citizen of Kazakhstan.

Participates in the formation of students' humanistic worldview, civic position, nationalist consciousness, legal and political culture, a sense of freedom and one's own conscience, respect for state symbols, national traditions.

The purpose of the Youth Affairs Committee is to create conditions for the civil, social, personal formation of young people and their development in the social, innovative sphere. In order to achieve these goals , it is necessary to implement the following tasks:

* Inform young people about social opportunities in their self-development, involving them in social practice, providing them with a scientific, creative approach and supporting entrepreneurial activity.

* Express support for the full formation of initiative and talented youth with leadership skills

* Civic education and patriotic education of young people, promoting the formation of their cultural and moral values among young people
